Initial project requirements:

TJM set out to build a new, specialised state-of-the-art facility that would help to improve their throughput, maintain high market share, and continue their strong growth.

They engaged Flexshield to supply and install sonic acoustic welding bays, a grinding bay, R&D area, and an acoustic wall in their factory.

TJM expected Flexshield’s solution would make them compliant and up-to-speed with current standards, provide suitable conditions for their staff, and at the same time meet their high demands for health, safety, and productivity.

Thanks to our experience and expertise, we were the only company in Australia able to design and provide a suitable solution to meeting TJM’s requirements.

Flexshield solution:

Flexshield designed, delivered and installed the complete solution, including an R&D acoustic wall that incorporated double acoustic doors and a large sliding acoustic door for vehicle access. Five acoustic welding bays and an acoustic grinding bay completed the project.
