Construction noise and operational noise

Infrastructure project noise falls into two categories that often require different products and different strategies. Construction noise is typically temporary but intense, and is best managed with portable products that can be dispatched, installed quickly, and repositioned as work progresses. Operational noise from pumps, generators, ventilation equipment, and mechanical plant is a long-term problem, and products installed to manage it need to perform reliably over an asset life that may span decades.
